I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
As Veterans in the United States Military we each vowed this Oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution (not government) against all enemies both foreign and domestic. There is no expiration date on this oath.
We each are familiar with foreign enemies, but what is a DOMESTIC ENEMY to our Constitution?
A domestic enemy would be any person or group of persons who would in any way attempt to circumvent, usurp, manipulate, twist, distort or pervert our Constitution or in other ways deny any American citizen their God given, inalienable rights, freedoms and liberties guaranteed under our Constitution.
This definition would apply to any person or group to include other motorcycle clubs that would attempt to deny us our RIGHT to wear our Club Colors and Ride Freely in this country which is a RIGHT we as Veterans fought and died for.
This definition would also apply to our own governments (Local, State and Federal) who via their laws and policies would attempt to usurp or circumvent our Constitution and restrict or deny us our GOD GIVEN, INALIENABLE RIGHTS, which are guaranteed under the Constitution. Rights are NOT government privileges which our government can exercise authority over to restrict or deny in ANY manner or for ANY reason.
