REGULATIONS

 

ARTICLE I

WEARING THE OFFICIAL VBMC COLORS

  1. VETERAN BIKERS MC OFFICIAL COLORS ARE GOLD LETTERS ON BLACK BACKGROUND WITH THE BLACK BACKGROUND ALSO TRIMMED IN GOLD.

    1. GOLD represents HONOR and RESPECT for ALL THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES.
    2. BLACK represents the many SACRIFICES up to and including the ultimate sacrifice of the giving of one’s life to protect and defend our Nations Constitution and Freedoms from ALL Enemies both Foreign and Domestic.
  2. IMPORTANT:  All membership in VBMC is strictly voluntary!  When one voluntarily joins VBMC they do so with the understanding and agreement that our Colors are to be worn properly and in their entirety.  ALL PATCHES APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED BY VBMC HEADQUARTERS ARE TO BE WORN AND IN THE PROPER LOCATIONS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.  ANYONE NOT AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ARE ASKED TO STOP NOW AND RECONSIDER YOUR VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP IN VBMC.
  3. OUR MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE THE COURAGE, RESOLVE AND WILLINGNESS TO STAND UP FOR AND IN DEFENSE OF THEIR VBMC COLORS AS WELL AS THE GREATER FOUR (God, Constitution, Country and Veterans).  WE OF VBMC ARE MORE INTERESTED IN QUALITY OF MEMBERSHIP THAN QUANTITY.  CHARACTER , LOYALTY AND INTEGRITY IS WHAT WE INSIST UPON.  ANYONE THAT FEELS THEY LACK THE BACKBONE AND COURAGE STOP NOW AND RECONSIDER YOUR VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP IN VBMC. 
  4. YOUR VBMC COLORS VEST OR JACKET IS TO BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST HONOR AND RESPECT AND IS NEVER TO BE REMOVED IN PUBLIC AND LEFT UNATTENDED AND / OR UNSECURED UNDER LOCK AND KEY BY ITS OWNER.  TO COMPROMISE ONES COLORS IN SUCH A FASHION IS TO COMPROMISE THE CLUB AND PLACES THE MEMBER AT RISK OF TERMINATION AS A CLUB MEMBER. 
  5. NEVER LEAVE YOUR COLORS HANGING ON YOUR BIKE HANDLEBARS OR DRAPED ACROSS THE SEAT ETC UNATTENDED.  Your VBMC COLORS should be under guard at all times when out in public.  If you must remove them for some reason then they must be either locked up in your car or motorcycle trunk or left with one or two club members keeping watch over them until you can return to wearing them again.  WE NEVER COMPROMISE OR DISRESPECT OUR CLUB COLORS … THAT’S A BIG NO NO !
  6. IMPORTANT:  ASIDE FROM VBMC OPTIONAL PATCHES ALL VBMC CLUB MEMBERS ARE AUTHORIZED AND ISSUED ONE SET ONLY OF COLORS PATCHES.  COLORS PATCHES ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF VETERAN BIKERS MC HQ LLC.  IN THE EVENT OF TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP THE MEMBER MUST RETURN ALL COLORS PATCHES TO VBMC HEADQUARTERS IMMEDIATELY.  FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTIONS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THE FORMER MEMBER. 

Below is a description of which patches MUST be worn on your BLACK LEATHER riding vest as an Active VETERAN, Patriot or Honorary Member of Veteran Bikers MC. (NOTE: members must purchase their own black leather vest).

B. BACK OF THE BLACK LEATHER VEST:  (starting at top of vest and moving down)

  1. The Official Top Rocker (Active VETERAN and Patriot members) consist of a one patch piece with the letters spelling the word VETERAN BIKERS (Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). This rocker measures 16 or 14  inches in length from tip to tip of the top arch of the patch. The width of this top arch is approximately 3 inches with lettering of 2 3/4 inches tall.  This rocker is worn on the back of the vest and at the top of the vest or jacket just below the neck. This is a SLIGHTLY upward arched patch. No other patch or insignia is to be worn above or beside this top arch.
  2. The Officially Authorized Back Center Emblem (Active VETERAN and Patriot members) consist of a one patch piece EAGLE patch WITH THE AMERICAN FLAG AS THE RIGHT WING AND THE GADSDEN FLAG AS THE LEFT WING AND WITH THE CAPTION UNDER THE EAGLE STATING;  “RIDE WITH HONOR”.  The Eagle has a Christian cross above the Eagles head and the VBMC G4 Diamond at its feet. The wings of the Eagle cover (shield) the letters VBMC.   This patch comes in two different sizes LARGE 14 3/4, inches from wingtip to wingtip and SMALL 12 inches wide from wingtip to wingtip.  Members WILL use the LARGEST patch that WILL FIT onto the back of their vest without going into the sides or under the arms.
  3. The Officially Authorized HQ Officers Diamond consist of small 1in x 1in diamond with the letters HQ (Gold letters on Black background with background trimmed in Gold) For VBMC HQ Officer use ONLY. To be worn directly below and touching the G4 diamond of the Center Eagle Emblem.
  4. The Officially Authorized Military Branch Rocker and /or Patriot Rocker (Active VETERAN members and Patriot members) (Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). Each consist of a one patch piece measuring approximately 13 ¾ inches in length tip to tip.  
  5. The Official MC Patch (CUBE), (Active VETERAN and Patriot members) consist of a square one patch piece with the letters MC (Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). The MC patch measures approximately 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide with letters of 2 3/4 inches tall.  This patch is to be worn to the right of the center eagle emblem. 
  6. The Official State Patch (CUBE), (Active VETERAN and Patriot members) consist of a square one patch piece with two letters indicating the state which the member resides. (Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). This patch measures approximately 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide with letters of 2 3/4 inches tall. This patch is to be worn to the left of the Center Eagle emblem.
  7. THE BACK PATCHES COME IN TWO SIZES (SMALL SET AND LARGE SET).  THE SETS ARE NEVER TO BE MIXED (I.E. SMALL PATCHES ARE NEVER TO BE COUPLED WITH LARGE PATCHES TO MAKE A FULL SET). 
  8. NO PATCH ON THE BACK OF THE VEST IS TO TOUCH ANOTHER PATCH.  THERE MUST BE SPACE BETWEEN EACH PATCH.  – (SEE PICTURE ABOVE).
  9. OTHER THAN THE DESCRIPTION OF the 5 PATCHES/EMBLEMS MENTIONED ABOVE, NO OTHER PATCHES OR EMBLEMS ARE AUTHORIZED BY VETERAN BIKERS MC TO BE WORN ON THE BACK OF THE VEST. 
  10. THE ORDER IN WHICH THESE PATCHES ARE TO BE WORN IS SPECIFICALLY SPELLED OUT IN THIS REGULATION AND THAT ORDER IS NOT TO BE DEVIATED FROM FOR ANY REASON.
  11. IMPROPER WEARING OF THE VBMC COLORS IS GROUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP PROBATION AND ULTIMATELY MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION IF NOT CORRECTED.
  12. SIDE PANELS (UNDER THE ARMS) OF THE BLACK LEATHER VEST: – (SEE PICTURE ABOVE)
    1. VBMC SPECIFIC Optional V2FFV2 Patch  This is a one patch piece Black patch with Gold letters with patched trimmed in Gold. This patch comes in two sizes large being 2 X 7 inches with letters measuring 1 inch tall and small being 1 X 7 with 3/4 inch letters.  This is a vertical patch worn on the right side panel under the right arm.   V2FFV2 STANDS FOR:  Veteran Bikers Forever Forever Veteran Bikers. (2 meaning the second letter of the alphabet). 
    2. VBMC SPECIFIC Optional GCCV Patch  This is a one patch piece Black patch with Gold letters with patch trimmed in Gold.  This patch comes in two sizes, large being 2 X 7 inches with letters measuring 1 1/2 inches tall and small being 1 X 7 with 1 inch tall letters.  This is a vertical patch worn on the left side panel under the left arm.  GCCV STANDS FOR:  GOD, Constitution, Country and Veterans or (G4 = Greater Four). 

C. FRONT OF THE BLACK LEATHER VEST:

  1. The Official VB/FLAG Patch is a required patch (Active VETERAN, Patriot and Honorary members) which must be worn on the front of the vest and in the left shoulder area.  This patch is a one patch piece consisting of the letters VB superimposed over the American Flag with either the word Veteran or Patriot immediately below the flag (Silver letters VB set on the subdued American Flag in club colors of Black and Gold). This patch measures 3 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide. The V on this patch is slightly offset higher than the B.  V for VETERAN should always be given priority.  This is the ONLY patch which is authorized to be worn by Honorary Members of Veteran Bikers MC.
  2. The Official Name Tag (VETERAN and Patriot members) This is a rectangular one patch piece with letters spelling out the individuals name or road name. (Again Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). This patch measures 3/4 inches wide by 3 inches long and should be worn conspicuously on the front right side chest area of the vest. 
  3. The Official Officer Tag (Active VETERAN and Patriot officers only) This is a rectangular one patch piece with letters spelling out the official office being held by an Active member (Again Gold letters on a Black background with the black background trimmed in Gold). This patch measures ¾ inches wide by 3 inches long and should be worn conspicuously on front right side chest area of the vest.  If the member is an office holder then the Officer Tag is to be placed immediately under and touching the Official Name Tag.
  4. The Official Headquarters / Chapter Tag  (Active, VETERAN HQ OFFICERS AND CHAPTER OFFICERS  AND MEMBERS) This is a rectangular one patch piece with letters spelling the word HEADQUARTERS or VBMC State, Chapter and designated chapter number (Again Gold letters on a Black background with black background trimmed in Gold).  These patches measure 3/4 inches wide by 3 inches long and is to be worn conspicuously on the front right side chest area. The Headquarters patch is to be worn by VBMC Headquarters officers only.  It is to be worn above the members name tag.  There is to be a slight space between this patch and the name tag beneath it.  The State Chapter patch is to be worn by VBMC members belonging to chapters.  The Chapter patch is to be worn below the name and officer tags with no space between the  officer tag and the state chapter tag.
  5. VBMC Optional Patches  Include the G4 diamond patch, Chaplains patch, Middle Man patch, C3 patch, 13 patch, III% patch, Oath Keeper Tag and Special Awards patches which may worn on the front of the vest as indicated in the picture above.
  6. THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE VEST IS RESERVED FOR OPTIONAL CLUB PATCHES ONLY.  
  7. THE LEFT FRONT OF THE VEST AND BELOW THE VB FLAG IS RESERVED FOR MILITARY UNIT PATCHES, RIBBONS AND PINS  AS WELL AS CLUB PATCHES OR BOTH.
  8. NO PATCH, PIN OR OTHER ITEM IS EVER TO BE WORN ABOVE THE VB / AMERICAN FLAG PATCH.


SHOULDER AND SLEEVE OF BLACK LEATHER RIDING JACKET:

1).  VBMC has 3 other approved, VBMC Optional Patches for wearing on the sleeves of the leather riding jacket.  These consist of the Fist Salute Patch, the Ace of Spade Card Patch and the Hash Mark Patch.  Both the Fist and Ace Card patches are worn on the Right and left shoulders respectively and 1/2 inch down from the shoulder seam.  The Hash Mark patch goes on the forearm area of the left sleeve and in a diagonal fashion.
(SEE JACKET PICTURE ABOVE).

Both the Fist Salute and the Ace Card may be worn on the front of the Vest as well and at the members discretion.  If wearing the Fist Salute on the Vest it is to be placed on the Right Shoulder area above the name, officer and chapter tags.  The Ace card may be warn anywhere on the front of the members vest.  (SEE PICTURE OF FRONT OF VEST ABOVE).

 ABOVE ARE PICTURE EXAMPLES OF A PROPERLY PATCHED MEMBERS VEST AND JACKET.

RIGHT CLICK ON THE PICTURES AND SAVE AND PRINT AND TAKE THEM WITH YOU WHEN HAVING YOUR PATCHES SEWN ON.  THESE DIAGRAMS ARE ALSO FOUND INSIDE THE APPLICATION PACKET.  THESE DIAGRAMS (only) CAN BE KEPT BY THE APPLICANT AND USED FOR THE SAME PURPOSE.

NO OTHER “VBMC SPECIFIC PATCHES” ARE AUTHORIZED TO BE SEWN ON THE BACK, SIDES OR FRONT OF OUR COLORS VEST OR RIDING JACKETS. NO MEMBER WILL FREELANCE OR DESIGN THEIR OWN VBMC PATCH AND WEAR IT ON THEIR COLORS VEST OR JACKET WITHOUT FIRST GAINING THE DIRECT APPROVAL OF VBMC HEADQUARTERS.

**MEMBERS MAY RESERVE SPACE ON THE LEFT FRONT OF THE VEST (ONLY) AND BELOW THE VB FLAG FOR PLACING MILITARY UNIT PATCHES AND / OR MEDALS AND PINS.  KEEP THESE TO A MINIMUM (NO MORE THAN THREE PATCHES). (MEDALS AND PINS MUST BE AUTHORIZED ON ONES DD-214 AND WORN CORRECTLY PER MILITARY REGULATIONS).**

VBMC DENIM CUT:

ADDITIONALLY, we have an optional VBMC Black Denim “Cut” that we allow our full patch club members, after the requirements of probation have been met, to wear in lieu of the Black Leather Colors Vest on approved, unofficial rides and events when and where the weather is extremely hot. The black denim cut is a lighter material and may provide some relief from the heat in hotter locations such as Texas and Florida but the wearing of the denim cut is not restricted to these locations.

The Black denim cut if worn by a club member is to be set up in the same way as the Black Leather Colors vest.  All patches in the same proper locations with proper spacing etc.

The Black denim cut is also the ONLY material to be used when the member chooses to put together a SUPPORT VEST for his/her non-member back seat rider.  Again, all VBMC Regulations governing the patches and placements of those patches along with the possession and use of the support cut applies as already covered in these Regulations. See NON-MEMBER SUPPORT (NMS) below.

**Once again, the black denim cut FOR AN ACTUAL CLUB MEMBER is an OPTIONAL ITEM that is NOT required of our club members to have or wear.  ALL PATCHED CLUB MEMBERS MUST HAVE A SET OF THE ORIGINAL BLACK LEATHER COLORS VEST.   The black denim cut is ALWAYS the required material for ANY AND ALL Support Cuts.**

*** In VBMC we will NEVER use the term “SOFT COLORS” when referring to the denim cut.  It will be referred to as the VBMC Cut or VBMC Support Cut.  Only our original and official Black leather vest with patches will be referred to as the VBMC COLORS OR OFFICIAL COLORS***

VBMC – NON-MEMBER SUPPORT (NMS)

NON-MEMBER SUPPORT (NMS) has been created to accommodate spouses or significant others of actual club members(Full Patched – non probate) who wish to ride along with their spouses or significant other but do not wish to become actual club members but only wish to show their support for VBMC.  These non-members have no club rights or privileges.  NMS may ride along with their spouse or significant other on APPROVED VBMC rides and missions only and will be the sole responsibility of their member spouse or significant other and must conduct themselves according to club expectations when doing so.

NMS will be authorized to wear ONLY the VBMC Eagle and VB Flag patches in conjunction with a SUPPORT banner on their vest.  NO OTHER patches or pins are to be worn on a NMS vest.

THE ACTUAL CLUB MEMBER WILL POSSESS AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NMS VEST AND ITS USE BY THEIR SPOUSE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER.



In the Vest Pocket

  1. IMPORTANT:  INSIDE ONE OF THE VEST POCKETS OF EVERY VBMC MEMBER WILL BE A POCKET COPY OF THE BIBLE (NEW TESTAMENT) AS WELL AS DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND U.S. CONSTITUTION TO BE CARRIED BY THE MEMBER AT ALL TIMES WHEN WEARING THE VBMC COLORS! In the Wallet or Purse   

1.  IMPORTANT:  Every Full Patch Member of Veteran Bikers MC will carry in their wallet or purse the Veteran Bikers MC Membership Card during all VBMC rides, missions and / or events.

ARTICLE II 

VETERAN BIKERS MC FULL DRESS

A. The VBMC Full Dress consist of all black clothing to include:

  1. Black t-shirt or black button-down,
  2. black jeans,
  3. black socks,
  4. black boots,
  5. black gloves,
  6. black “LEATHER” road wear (jackets, chaps, pants etc),
  7. black leather vest with VBMC Colors,
  8. black ball caps with VBMC logo.

B. Full Dress should be worn on ALL formal VBMC missions (i.e. funeral motorcycle escort events and such).  It may also be worn at the members discretion at any other time.

ARTICLE III

MOTORCYCLE REGULATIONS

  1.  We DO NOT care what MAKE (brand name) of motorcycle you own or ride.
  2. The bike MUST be a street bike.
  3. THE MODEL (style) MUST be either a bobber, boulevard, cruiser, or touring style bike or trike (Dirt Bikes, Sport Bikes and Can Am Spiders not approved). 
  4. The engine MUST be of two or more cylinders and no less than 850 cc’s.  Bikes and trikes with 8, 6 or 4 cylinder cage (car) engines are approved as well. 
  5. All bikes and trikes MUST be licensed, insured and street legal.
  6. All members must be a licensed rider, the license must carry the motorcycle endorsement for your State.  Proof of these items (documentation) is required. 

ARTICLE IV

CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Veteran Bikers MC (herein known as the Club) and its members must, at all times, comply with all applicable Club by-laws, constitution, directives and regulations.  The Club will not condone the activities of members who achieve results through violation of the club laws or unethical dealings.  This includes any illegal acts, indirect contributions, rebates, and bribery.  The Club does not permit any activity that fails to stand the closest possible public scrutiny.
  2. Any and all business and / or membership conduct should be well above the minimum standards required by local, state and federal laws.  Accordingly, members must ensure that their actions cannot be interpreted as being, in any way, in contravention of the laws and regulations governing the Club and its operations.
  3. Members uncertain about the application or interpretation of any legal requirements should refer the matter to their superior officers within the Club who, if necessary, should seek appropriate legal advice.

A. General Membership Conduct: 

  1. The Club expects its members to conduct themselves in a professional and Christian like manner.  Unwarranted and excessive drinking, gambling, fighting, swearing, and similar unprofessional activities are strictly prohibited while involved in club events and activities.
  2. Members must not engage in sexual harassment or conduct themselves in a way that could be construed as such, for example, by using inappropriate language, keeping or posting inappropriate materials in their clubhouses or other places where members meet and socialize, or by accessing or posting inappropriate materials on club computers and / or their personal or club social media sights.

B. Conflicts of Interest:

  1. The Club expects that members will perform their club duties conscientiously, honestly, and in accordance with the best interests of the Club.  Members must not use their position(s) or the knowledge gained as a result of their positions for private or personal advantage.  Regardless of the circumstances, if members sense that a course of action they have pursued, or are presently pursuing, or are contemplating pursuing may involve them in a conflict of interest with the Club, they should immediately communicate all the facts to their superior club officers.

C. Outside Activities, Employment, and Directorships:

  1. All members share a serious responsibility for the Clubs good public relations, especially at the community level.  Their readiness to help with religious, charitable, educational, and civic activities brings credit to the Club and is encouraged.  Members must, however, avoid acquiring any business interest or participating in any other activity outside the Club that would, or would appear to:
    1. Create an excessive demand upon the Club and its members time and attention, thus depriving the Club of its best efforts when dealing with the community and other club functions.
    2. Create a conflict of interest – an obligation, interest, or distraction – that may interfere with the independent exercise of judgment in the Clubs best interest.

D. Relationships With Clients, Vendors and Suppliers:

  1. Members should avoid investing in or acquiring a financial interest for their own accounts in any business organization that has a contractual relationship with the Club, or that provides goods or services, or both, to the Club if such investment or interest could influence or create the impression of influencing their decisions in the performance of their duties on behalf of the Club.

E. Gifts, Entertainment, and Favors: 

  1. Members must not accept entertainment, gifts, or personal favors from outside sources that could, in any way, influence, or appear to influence, Club decisions in favor of any person or organization with whom or with which the Club has, or is likely to have, dealings.  Similarly, members must not accept any other preferential treatment under these circumstances because their positions with the Club might be inclined to, or be perceived to, place them under obligation to return the preferential treatment.

F. Kickbacks and Secret Commissions: 

  1. Regarding the Clubs business activities, members may not receive payment or compensation of any kind, except as authorized under the Clubs business and / or payroll policies.  In particular, the Club strictly prohibits the acceptance of kickbacks and secret commissions from suppliers or other clubs and organizations outside VBMC.  Any breach of this rule will result in immediate termination and if necessary prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

G. Club Funds and Other Assets:

  1. Members who have access to Club funds in any form must follow the prescribed procedures for recording, handling, and protecting money as detailed in the Organization’s policies and procedures or other explanatory materials, or both.  The Club imposes strict standards to prevent fraud and dishonesty.  If members become aware of any evidence of fraud and dishonesty, they should immediately advise their superiors or seek appropriate legal guidance so that the Club can promptly investigate further.
  2. When a member’s position requires spending Club funds or incurring any reimbursable personal expenses, that individual must use good judgment on the Clubs behalf to ensure that good value is received for every expenditure.
  3. Club funds and all other assets of the Club are purposed for the Club only and not for personal benefit.  This includes the personal use of Club assets, such as but NOT limited to; clubhouses and furnishings, computers, main Colors Patches, flags, administrative supplies etc.

H. Club Records and Communications: 

  1. Accurate and reliable records of many kinds are necessary to meet the Clubs legal and financial obligations and to manage the affairs of the Club.
  2. The Clubs books and records must reflect in an accurate and timely manner all business transactions.
  3. The Club Chapters are responsible for accounting and record keeping and must fully disclose and record all assets, liabilities, or both, and must exercise diligence in enforcing these requirements.
  4. Members must not make or engage in any false record or communication of any kind, whether internal or external, including but not limited to:
    1. False expense, attendance, production, financial, or similar reports and statements.
    2. False advertising, deceptive marketing practices, or other misleading representations

I. Dealing with Outside People and Organizations:

  1. Members must take care to separate their personal roles from their Club positions when communicating on matters not involving Club business.  Members must not use Club identification, stationery, supplies, and equipment for personal matters or political matters unless the political matter is supported by the Club.
  2. When communicating publicly on matters that involve Club business, members must not presume to speak for the Club on any topic, unless they are certain that the views they express are those of the Club, and it is the Clubs desire that such views be publicly disseminated.
  3. When dealing with anyone outside the Club, including public officials, members must take care not to compromise the integrity or damage the reputation of either the Club or any of its members, or any outside individual, business, or government body.

J. Prompt Communications:

  1. In all matters relevant to customers, suppliers, government authorities, the public and others in the Club, all members must make every effort to achieve complete, accurate, and timely communications – responding promptly and courteously to all proper requests for information and to all complaints.

K. Privacy and Confidentiality: 

  1. When handling financial and personal information about the Club or Club members, customers or others with whom the Club has dealings, observe the following principles:
    1. Collect, use, and retain only the personal information necessary for the Clubs business.  Whenever possible, obtain any relevant information directly from the person concerned.  Use only reputable and reliable sources to supplement this information.
    2. Retain information only for as long as necessary or as required by law. Protect the physical security of this information.
    3. Limit internal access to personal information to those with a legitimate business reason for seeking that information.  Use only personal information for the purposes for which it was originally obtained.  Obtain the consent of the person concerned before externally disclosing any personal information, unless legal process or contractual obligation provides otherwise.

L. Chain of Command:

  1. Members of Veteran Bikers MC must at all times demonstrate the highest level of RESPECT and HONOR for club officers and members as well as the Clubs Chain of Command.
  2. Members will never angrily accost, denigrate, demonize or attempt in other ways to degrade another Club member either verbally or in deed or action.
  3. This includes but is not limited to posting negative remarks about the Club, or any of its officers or members in any public forum or social media site.

M. Respecting the Club Colors: 

  1. Members will ALWAYS show the greatest respect and regard for the Club Colors.  All members will wear the Club patches appropriately and according to Regulation without exception.  Members will NEVER remove their cut in public and leave it unattended and / or unsecured where it could be taken from them by someone outside the Club.  Members shall never intentionally destroy any club patches or other properties without the approval of the Club.

N. Knowledge of the Club:

  1. Members will take seriously the Club, its members, its goals and objectives, its principles, and bylaws and will continually strive to know and understand all aspects of the Club and be able to appropriately represent to others the tenets of the club.  No club member shall ever attempt to align Veteran Bikers MC with any outlaw MC or organization by seeking the blessing or approval of any such MC or organization or accepting from or performing any favors for any such outlaw MC or organization.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE CLUBS CODE OF CONDUCT CAN AND MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST A MEMBER UP TO AND INCLUDING PERMANENT TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP.
