THE CREST
THE CREST is used to recognize a member of Veteran Bikers MC that has distinguished themselves within the club by demonstrating an exceptional devotion and loyalty to VBMC by way of taking a warrior’s stand for the club and / or our principles and the Greater Four.
Members Actions taken into consideration for the CREST are:
- Member having suffered death or severe injury while standing in defense of or attempting rescue of a brother or sister member of VBMC from harm’s way. (two or more witnesses required)
- Member having suffered death, injury, imprisonment, incarceration while taking a stand for the Greater Four (Our GOD, Our Constitution, Our Country and / or our Nations Veterans). Example being: exercising “CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE” as opposed to obeying an ungodly, immoral and / or unconstitutionally corrupt law or government policy resulting in death, severe injury, imprisonment or incarceration.
- Member having suffered serious and severe personal consequences such as death, injury, imprisonment, incarceration while reaching out to help and / or assist our fellow veterans and those of the veteran’s community.
THE CREST will come in the form of a black and gold patch to be worn on the front of the members cut. This is an award that very few may ever be qualified to wear and represents the highest award granted by VBMC to an exceptional member.
THE TALON
THE TALON PATCH AWARD is reserved for those members of Veteran Bikers MC that have demonstrated an EXCEPTIONAL DEVOTION and loyalty to VBMC and our goals, objectives and the greater four in a way short of sustaining death or injury or imprisonment or incarceration while putting ones life and / or livelihood at risk of the same when making serious and severe personal sacrifices on behalf of VBMC, the greater four and the veterans community.
(EXAMPLE BEING: Member attending a Pro Second Amendment Rally where there has been a state of emergency put in place due to the high possibility that those attending are at high risk of death, injury, incarceration or imprisonment yet the member, although having taken that risk, did NOT actually sustain any of these consequences).
THE TALON will come in the form of a black and gold patch to be worn on the front of the members cut. This is an award that few may ever be qualified to wear and represents the second highest award granted by VBMC to an exceptional member.
THE TRIPLE DEUCE
THE 222 AWARD PATCH (referred to as the Triple Deuce or the Twenty Two -Two) is reserved for those members of Veteran Bikers MC that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, faith and loyalty to VBMC.
Qualifiers for this award will be things such as the following:
- Recruitment Efforts – ( having personally and successfully recruited three (3) or more “solid” members into VBMC)
- Served as a VBMC Officer in an EXCEPTIONAL manner (Example: chapter president and / or other chapter officer position)
- Any member deemed to have demonstrated exceptional loyalty and devotion to VBMC and / or the Greater Four in other ways.
The 222 stands for VETERAN BIKERS – V being the 22nd letter in the alphabet and B being the 2nd.
THE PEN AND QUILL
The Pen and Quill Award will be awarded to each member of Veteran Bikers MC once they have successfully completed their probationary year along with all study requirements listed under Probate Expectations and the Probate Study Guide. The member must successfully demonstrate his / her knowledge of the club and motorcycle club protocols via the VBMC HQ Probate Review Board.
AWARD NOMINATION:
THE CREST, TALON, TRIPLE DEUCE AND PEN AND QUILL awards are each Headquarters Level Awards, given in honor of outstanding members in Veteran Bikers MC. Once a member meets the requirements of any such award his Chapter President must submit to VBMC Headquarters a type written description of the members accomplishments along with a nomination of the member for the specific award. Signatures of both the Chapter President and Vice President or their designated representatives MUST accompany the paperwork.
If a member is not chapter affiliated, the member must show proof of their accomplishment or achievement by written documentation, verified by witnesses, and accompanied by the signature of State Level or HQ Officer.
VETERAN BIKERS MC HEADQUARTERS WILL REVIEW ALL NOMINATIONS AND RENDER A DECISION AND / OR AWARD AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE.
